The demands on working people have changed. There are new standards in place which demand more than intellect and professional qualifications. The focus is now on personal qualities and such questions as: How does my mood effect the results I am aiming for? How do feelings effect the way I act? How do I raise my emotional intelligence? This interactive workshop will examine these questions and look in detail at the meaning of emotional intelligence. Find out how to become more aware of yourself and your feelings, so that you can make better decisions which will have a positive influence on your private life, as well as your success at work. It is expected that you will be prepared to understand your own inner processes and wish to develop them further.
You should be able to demonstrate an interest in this soft skills topic and a readiness to examine how it relates to you personally.
Sensitizing observation skills and training conscious self-perception as the basis for success at work and in life generally.

Individual and group exercises, lectures, role play.
Für die Anmeldung zur Teilnahme müssen Sie sich in TUMonline als Studierende/r identifizieren.
Note: This workshop is intended for Master students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering who began their degree courses in or after WS 2013/14. Registration is only possible via TUMonline.
