| This is a set of informal lectures given by the lecturer and the tutors of the Comp. Physics I course. Participation is strongly encouraged for students with little or no programming experience. |

| The students are able to code, compile and execute the algorithms from CPI on the Linux computers in the CIP pool. They have basic knowledge of scripting languages (shell/perl) and CA systems (Mathematica). |
