Once a year, the TUM organizes a school student competition for self-built robots that compete against each other. Which robot is the fastest? Which robot can handle the course best? And which team can use its robot to tackle the obstacle that is unknown until the day of the competition? http://www.in.tum.de/robotik-wettbewerb
The subject is the preparation, organization, execution and evaluation of this competition. On the basis of established project management methods, the various tasks are planned and implemented throughout the semester. The procedure must be documented on the one hand, but also evaluated on the other hand. At the end of the semester, the competition will be held.
In this context, the participants consolidate and extend skills such as communication and problem solving in the team, project management, moderation, presentation and discussion, working with scientific literature, organization and event management. |
