Inhalt
The public sector is in the midst of a digital transformation, which it has in common with most other industries. However, there are differences in drivers, approach, methods, and speed of transformation. The digital transformation in public administration is associated with a stronger orientation towards the outside, towards "administrative customers" such as citizens and companies and also cooperation partners (service providers, other authorities, etc.). This presents the administration with the challenge of applying new methods (agile, design thinking, user centric design, ...) and cooperating more closely than before with service providers and partners across organizational boundaries (portal network, digitization program, ...). The seminar deals with questions such as: - Drivers and strategies of digital transformation of the administration (SDG-VO, OZG, digital agenda) - Methods of digital transformation in public administration (federal aspects of requirements, architecture and project management) - Transformation of IT landscapes and IT management in public administration The preliminary meeting will take place on 02.02.2021, 02:00 pm, https://tum-conf.zoom.us/j/5855176766. Please find the slides attached. For your application please send your current grades to lukas.dassler@tum.de until 10.02.2021. Additionally, you have to register for the course in the matching system of the faculty for informatics (Please consider the information at https://matching.in.tum.de). Subsequently, the matching system allocates the seminar slots.
