Angaben zur Abhaltung
This module course mainly concerns the basis and preliminaries of the complex, networked and distributed control systems. The participants are required to read, write a scientific report and demonstrate their own understanding of the assigned topics in oral presentation, through which they can improve their abilities to work in a scientific way on a topic of recent research.
The participants of the module read and understand recent research articles (publications) by themselves, write an evaluative report and present their results. The topic is discussed extensively.
By participating in this module course, the students are expected to gain knowledge in complex, networked and distributed control systems. Furthermore, this course is also an opportunity to improve their ability to work in a scientific way on a topic of recent research interest in the control of networked and distributed systems. By writing a scientific report on the selected topics, the students will improve the abilities to present their new findings to an audience of specialists and prepare for their future individual research.

Every participant works on an individual topic. The main focus is on the student's individual work. The organizer and associated supervisor will help the students at the beginning of the course by giving him an introduction to the topic, providing appropriate literature and support for the research work as well as the preparation of the written report and the oral presentation.
